烤平菇当点心

下午看到烧烤照片馋了,就琢磨了个烤箱版烤平菇吃

烤箱预热450F, 平菇洗净,铺在铁网上(下面用烤盘拖着收集烤出来的汁水倒掉)。
烤大概5分钟,翻面。再烤5分钟。

光滑面朝上,刷“酱油,韩国烧烤酱,辣椒酱,孜然粉,黑胡椒粉,油”混合而成的烧烤酱。 烤5分钟
平菇翻面,再刷烧烤酱,烤5分钟。 就差不多了。 要是觉得不够干就再烤会

红焖牛仔骨

costco买的牛仔骨筋比较多,咬得费劲。试了下面这个方子倒挺好吃的。

修改版:

用料:
1:牛仔骨3条,面粉1/3杯,盐1茶匙,黑胡椒1/3茶匙;
2:橄榄油2大匙;
3:洋葱1个400克去皮切丝,蒜瓣3-4粒拍碎,西红柿1个100克,番茄酱3大匙;
4:红酒~100毫升,1-2茶匙italian spice mix,糖1茶匙,盐1茶匙,水1/2杯。
做法:
1、牛排洗净沥水(图1)。用一塑料袋放入剩余1料封口抖匀。放入排骨封口抖匀。
2、不粘锅,放2大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大中火,放入都掉多余面粉的牛排两面煎焦黄(图2),拣出牛排放入 电压力锅的内胆里。
3、原不粘锅放入洋葱丝和蒜瓣炒至洋葱软倒(图3),放入剩余3料(西红柿,番茄酱。 我这次直接用了番茄罐头)兜匀拌炒1分钟,依次放入4料(红酒,italian spice mix, 糖,盐,水)拌匀离火(图4)。
4、将所有炒好洋葱及汁水倒入盛煎好牛排的电压力锅内胆里(图5),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选meat档45分钟,启动程序。
5、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,冷却15分钟,放气减压打开盖子。捞出煮好的牛排保温。将汁水倒入原不粘锅里,开大中火收汁到一半的量(图6)。将汁倒在牛排上就可以上桌了。非常好吃。

好吃的costco版classic raisin oatmeal cookies

糖量已经修改过了

3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup AP flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
1 cup sun-maid raisins
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F
Beat butter, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing well.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts
Drop the dough by table spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. bake for 12-15 minutes. For a softer cookie, bake until the edges are golden brown and the top just set. For a crisper cookie, bake until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the cookie sheets and let cool on wire racks.
Make 3 dozen cookies.

下面是我修改过的配方:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (微波炉10秒)
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (下次可以用烤过的整理almond, 或试试walnuts, 还可以加点raisin)
  • 2 teaspoons milk

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar. 
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. 
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. 
  4. Stir in almonds. 
  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease foil. Divide dough in half; spread into two 12-in. x 3-in. rectangles on foil. Brush with milk and sprinkle with some sugar. 
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. 
  7. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 300 degrees F. Lift rectangles with foil onto wire rack; cool for 15 minutes. 
  8. Place on a cutting board; slice diagonally 1/2 in. thick. 
  9. Place slices with cut side down on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  10. Turn cookies over; bake 10 minutes more. 
  11. Turn oven off, leaving cookies in oven with door ajar to cool. Store in airtight container.
